- When you buy: order details. Card payments are handled by our payment provider. We do not see or store your full card number.
- When you message us: what you write on our site forms, by email, or on Instagram and Facebook.
- When you visit the site: basic technical data such as browser type and pages visited, through cookies and standard site tools.
How we use it
- To deliver the video or service you ordered.
- To reply to you and send order emails.
- To send updates or offers about Kraz. You can stop these at any time.
- To keep the site working and secure.
Your footage and music
We use footage and music you send only to make your video. We do not post it or share it without your written okay.
Who we share it with
Only the services we use to run Kraz, such as our website host, our payment provider, and our email and messaging tools. We do not sell your personal information.
How long we keep it
As long as we need it to deliver your order and meet legal and tax duties. After that we delete it, or you can ask us to sooner.

Kraz is for people 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
