These terms cover purchases from Kraz Active ("Kraz") at krazactive.com. By ordering you agree to them. Questions: use the contact page.
What we sell
- Promo Video, $250: one finished promo video made from footage you send, with clean audio, vertical and square versions, three hook variations, caption and posting notes, and one revision. You see the direction within 24 hours of us getting your footage, and the finished video comes back in 3 to 5 days.
- Kraz Audit, $27: a short video walkthrough of your page, a one-page summary you keep, and content ideas built from your niche.
- Kraz Partner, $550 a month: one promo edit each month cut from the footage you send, with cutdowns and three hook variations, one editor who learns your sound and look, and one place to send everything. Extra edits are $200 each.
Your footage and rights
You confirm you own, or have written permission to use, all footage and music you send. You keep ownership of it. You let Kraz edit it into your video. We will not post your video or footage without your written okay.
Revisions
Each Promo Video includes one revision round. Further changes are quoted before we start.
Payment, refunds and cancellation
Payment is taken at checkout by our payment provider. If you ask before we have started work on your order, you get a full refund. Once we have sent you the direction or a cut, the order is delivered and not refundable, and the included revision still applies. Kraz Partner renews monthly. You can cancel any time before the next renewal through the contact page, and you keep the month you paid for.
No guarantees
We make videos. We do not promise bookings, followers, views or any other result.
Age
Our services are for people 18 and over.
Limits
To the extent the law allows, Kraz is not liable for indirect losses, and our total liability for an order is limited to the amount you paid for it.
Changes and law
We may update these terms by changing the date above. They are governed by the laws of the United States and the state where Kraz Active is based.
